A classic shoulder bag made modern, the Transit Mini brings an elevated mood for day or night. Made from partially bio-based Italian Uppeal™ Appleskin fabric, the Transit Mini brings a contemporary twist to a 90’s aesthetic, with its triangular hobo shape, tapered adjustable strap, gold + silver functional hardware detailing + structured base, complete with metal bag feet.

Uppeal™ apple 'leather' is an innovative, bio-based material utilises waste from the apple industry to create a lush leather alternative. 

Bio-based materials are those derived from plants and other renewable agricultural materials. This can be the entire material when developing a vegan leather or a portion of it. Uppeal™ is made of 25% apple waste, with polyurethane included to ensure the fabric is robust + waterproof. Italian company Frumat developed the idea + partnered with manufacturers Mabel Industries to produce Uppeal™ apple 'leather'. 

Our Supplier, Sans Beast, is increasingly working with these bio-based leathers where possible to continue improving the options and reducing harm from the non-animal fashion industry.

Care instuctions
Wipe exterior with a damp cloth, avoiding harsh cleaners. Keep in dust bag when not in use. For longevity, we recommend cycling the use of several bags, rather than just one. We recommend keeping make-up and other products that may stain the bag's lining inside a separate and removal pouch or make-up bag.
