Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
In some cases, we may be able to make changes to orders before they ship, but this is not guaranteed. Please get in touch with us ASAP @ hello@georgeandmary.co.nz if this applies to you and we will do our best to catch the problem before it is sent (but this is not guaranteed).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually processed for delivery within 1-2 business days. All deliveries should take between 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $199. South Island deliveries will have an additional $10 delivery fee. Shipping under $199 calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to you once it is available. * Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long. Your tracking number may also be uploaded to your account, so please login to your account on our website if you have not found it. If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received a tracking number at all, please email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship domestically within New Zealand only. In saying that, if you are based overseas and like our items, please reach out to hello@georgeandmary.co.nz and we will see if we can organise shipping specifically for you.
Do I need to sign for my order?
There will be an option to include this when you check out. George & Mary take no responsibility for missing items once they are delivered.

My order never arrived, what do I do?
Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please contact NZ post to follow up, and email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz.

Can I request an out of stock item?
You can submit a request via the “notify when back in stock” button. You can also email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz with the name and colour of the item you would like and we can look to do a special order in some cases.
Are your products vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Our founder is a proud vegan and got fed up with not being able to find non-animal accessories within New Zealand. George & Mary was created to tap into this space and provide cruelty-free fashion accessories to New Zealand shoppers!

How do I make a return/exchange?
Please email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your item with your full name, order number and reason for return / exchange. Note that shipping costs will be at the purchasers costs for all returns and exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?
This may take up to 14 business days to be processed through the bank and will be uploaded to the same payment method that you originally used to make the payment. For more information, please see our Refunds Policy page here.
