Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with George & Mary. Below you'll find our policy on shipping, returns, and refunds so you know what to expect when shopping with us.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates apply to some orders and will be automatically calculated at check out. Go to 'check out' to see if you qualify for free shipping.
We don’t currently ship outside of New Zealand, but please email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz if you’re outside of New Zealand and are interested in our items.
Order and Shipping Process
Please provide a street address at checkout, as we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
We recommend selecting to sign for an order on delivery. Please note that we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items once they are delivered.
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 1–3 business days for non-rural addresses.
Your tracking number will be sent to you once it is available. Please check your spam or promotions folders if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long. You can also log in to your account to check. If you have not received any details within 3 business days or you think there’s a problem, please email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to love the items you purchase from us. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Returned items must be unused and unworn, and in perfect condition including the packaging and labels attached.
We want you to love your purchase from us. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In perfect condition, with original boxes (if shoes), packaging and tags attached
- Carefully packaged to make sure they’re returned in saleable condition.
Please note:
We can not accept change of mind returns for items marked final sale.
You’re responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend tracking your return delivery as we’re unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Please note: If your order was eligible for free shipping, your refund will be less the shipping costs we incurred when sending the item to you. This is to help maintain the sustainability of our very small business in what is a tumultuous financial climate.
Nothing above affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive an item that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or that does not match its description, we will meet our obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@georgeandmary.co.nz with the following details:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you’d like to return (for orders with multiple items)
- The reason for your return
We’ll then provide you with a return number and mailing information.
